Mission Power Washing may collect your name, email address, telephone number, contact preference, property type, requested service, timing, project description, and source page through the estimate form. Photo upload is disabled.
How information is used
Mission Power Washing uses information to review your request, respond to questions, operate and protect the website. Submitted estimate requests are privately notified to the website operator for review.
Sharing and service providers
Mission Power Washing does not publicly identify a contractor. Provider sharing is inactive until the operator approves a provider and the applicable sharing process.
Hosting and form storage
Netlify hosts the site and stores active submitted form data for the website operator under its service terms.
Call handling and recordings
CallRail processes call metadata and recordings for the public telephone number. Recordings are used to verify service requests and monitor service quality. They are not sales samples for unapproved prospective providers: any demonstration uses aggregated or redacted activity rather than caller audio or personal details.
OpenStreetMap maps
Embedded maps use OpenStreetMap services. OpenStreetMap network processing may receive technical request information needed to display a map. Technical request information, such as an IP address and user-agent details, may be processed outside Canada. Review the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Retention
Lead and contact records are generally retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active matter or by law. Financial records, if any, may be retained for 6 years.

Use the Contact page and choose Website or privacy question to request access to, correction of, or deletion of applicable personal information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
