Guides for Mission Properties
How Often Should You Power Wash a House?
There is no universal cleaning calendar; visible conditions and maintenance needs are more useful planning signals.
Inspect the property at least seasonally, then plan around actual buildup, safety concerns, and maintenance work.
Condition matters more than a fixed calendar
There is no mandatory interval for every property. House exteriors, hard surfaces, decks and fences, roofs, and gutters age and collect buildup differently, so cleaning should follow the material and observed condition.
Mission moisture and shade signals
Moisture and shade can make organic growth, slippery buildup, staining, and slow drying easier to notice. Check shaded walls, north-facing areas, walkways, roof edges, gutters, and surfaces near vegetation.
What to inspect around the property
Look for visible growth, staining, blocked drainage, slippery hard surfaces, loose finishes, damaged wood, roof concerns, and gutter overflow. Record what changed since the last inspection and note access constraints.
Planning the next cleaning
Coordinate exterior cleaning with painting, staining, sealing, roof maintenance, landscaping, and weather. A provider can review surfaces and access before confirming whether cleaning is suitable or when it can be scheduled.
Apply the guide to your property
Select the relevant service and describe the property conditions. The request does not confirm pricing, availability, a provider, or a booking.
